Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work, child welfare, and crisis management. As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing support and advocacy for children and families in need.

Duties:
- Conduct assessments to determine clients' needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide counseling and support services to children and families
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Advocate for clients' rights and access to resources
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Participate in case conferences and team meetings

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related field
- Previous experience in child protective services or related field
- Knowledge of family law and behavioral health
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle crisis situations with empathy and professionalism
- Familiarity with motivational interviewing techniques
- Excellent conflict management skills

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience working with children in a social work setting

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
