Devcare Solutions, a leading healthcare provider committed to mental health and wellness, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Healthcare Provider to join our team. The successful candidate will assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for individuals experiencing mental health and behavioral issues.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and behavioral needs.
• Diagnose mental health disorders based on clinical observations, assessments, and diagnostic criteria.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including therapy sessions and interventions.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities.
• Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Licensed or certified as a Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or similar licensure/certification.
• Proven experience in providing behavioral healthcare services, preferably in a healthcare or clinical setting.
• Strong knowledge of mental health diagnoses, assessment tools, and therapeutic techniques.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and case management systems.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: Up to $53.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
