THIS WILL BE AN OFFICE JOB AND CANDIDATES MUST WORK IN THE OFFICE WITHIN THE NEXT 3 WEEKSResponsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
- Assist customers with product and service inquiries, orders, and account management
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Document and update customer records in the system accurately and promptly
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
- Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and procedures
- Provide information about Brightwave Solutions' products and services to potential customers
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
- Strong listening skills and ability to empathize with customers
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
