The Entry Level Marketing Assistant at Elle Seller is responsible for supporting the marketing team in executing various marketing strategies and campaigns. This role involves assisting with market research, content creation, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about marketing strategies and tactics.
Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and target audiences
• Help create and distribute marketing materials, including content for social media, email newsletters, and promotional collateral
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms
• Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvements
• Support the organization and execution of events, both virtual and in-person
• Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining databases

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Strong interest in marketing with a desire to build a career in the field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with social media platforms is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
