The Entry-Level Social Media Agent will support the marketing team by managing and creating content for the company’s social media platforms. This role involves content creation, community engagement, and analysis of social media performance to enhance the company's online presence and engagement with its audience.
Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies across various platforms
• Create and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos) for social media posts
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions on social media channels
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform social media strategies
• Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools
• Assist in the preparation of social media reports and presentations
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Strong interest in social media marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media management tools
