The Office Receptionist at Elle Seller is responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. The ideal candidate is organized, has excellent communication skills, and can multitask in a fast-paced environment.

THIS WILL BE AN OFFICE JOB AND CANDIDATES MUST WORK IN THE OFFICE WITHIN THE NEXT 3 WEEKSResponsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Handle inquiries from clients, customers, and employees with professionalism and confidentiality
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
