Qualifications:

• Comfortable working as an independent contractor (1099), 100% commission based with uncapped earning potential
• Minimum one year of sales experience
• NYS Salesperson License OR willingness to obtain after start date

• Secure exclusive listings by effectively communicating the benefits of our services and expertise.
• Navigate negotiation process to achieve favorable sales prices and terms.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, legal professionals, and financial institutions, to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Seamlessly guide clients through the entire CRE sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
• Stay informed about market trends, property values, and industry developments to provide valuable insights and advice to clients.
