Overview:
We are looking for an individual with prior Property Manager experience who can manage and oversee a few single-home properties in the Jackson, MS area. Job responsibilities will entail assisting us with screening and leasing of tenants, facilitating maintenance repairs with contractors, and ensuring rent is collected on time. These properties are on Section 8 (longer term tenants) so we will also need this individual to be present for HUD inspections, as well as to conduct regular property inspections once the property is leased (monthly or bi-monthly) to ensure that tenants are abiding by HSQ standards.

This is a part-time position and the hours will be sporadic, however we are looking for a candidate who is willing to grow with our company as we acquire more properties in the Jackson area.

Duties:
- Help oversee properties in the Jackson area
- Assist in leasing activities, including showing units and screening tenants
- Facilitate contracts with maintenance vendors and service providers
- Ensure timely rent collection and enforce lease agreements
- Address tenant concerns and resolve conflicts in a professional manner
- Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs

-Maintain excellent communication with us (the landlords) on all property management information

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $500.00 - $1,500.00 per month
