We are seeking Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work with individuals with Developmental Disability (DD). The ideal candidates will be flexible and eager to learn. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, with reliable transportation. The successful candidates will provide support to individuals with ADL's hygiene, individual preferred choices, skill builder/outcomes, rights etc., transportation to and from activity, and behavior needs. We will train.

Requirement:

Must have 1 years of verifiable experience in working with adults with Developmental Disability

Must know how to cook, clean and multitasking

CPR/First

Medication Management/Administration (32 Hour)

Submit to a TB Test Screening

Pass Criminal Background and Central Registry Check

Be able to communicate both written and orally

Behavior Management CPI

Be able to implement behavioral plan in if needed

Be able to provide preference of choice to each individual

Basic computer knowledge for daily documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.50 - $16.00 per hour
