Description
  • Teach and assist individuals in all aspects of their vocational training and pre-vocational work both in the Pre-Vocational work area and at community worksites. - Assist Vocational Program Manager in the daily supervision of Employment Specialists day to day activities, weekly schedules and transportation coordination. - Assist Vocational Program Manager in the planning of and participation in weekly staff meetings. - Train and supervise new Employment Specialists to work with individual(s) served. - Assist Vocational Program Manager with resolving staffing issues. - Participate in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings and in the development and revisions of Vocational Service Plans, Service Guidelines, and protocols. - Ensures implementation and documentation of Service Guidelines, protocols and Behavioral Support Plans in accordance to the individual’s ISP. - Provide protective oversight and advocacy for individuals in pre-vocational, community volunteer and/or work settings. - Maintain all required annual trainings and certifications. - Incident reporting and action as per 624 Regulations.
