The Developmental Disabilities Resource Center (DDRC) is a nonprofit organization that provides support and services to individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. These disabilities may include conditions such as autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, and intellectual disabilities.
DDRC typically offers a range of programs and services aimed at enhancing the quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities. These may include residential programs, vocational training, therapeutic services, respite care, community integration initiatives, and advocacy efforts.

Physical stamina and the ability to safely move up to 75 pounds are essential for transferring individuals. Basic computer skills are required for documentation purposes. Most importantly, a genuine heart for working with people with developmental disabilities is a must - no prior experience is necessary!
