Role Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join their growing e-commerce team. You'll bring digital products to life, focusing on inventory management, fulfilment, customer security, and data within a retail/e-commerce environment. This role requires a deep understanding of product management principles and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Insights : Use data to understand customer behaviour, identify friction points, and propose solutions.
- User Experience : Work with designers to create intuitive, accessible, and conversion-optimized interfaces.
- Product Lifecycle : Manage products from conception to launch, ensuring market needs and business goals are met.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with CEO, marketing, and engineering teams to align goals and implement product vision.
- Technical Implementation : Collaborate with developers on inventory management, fulfilment, customer security, and data management features.
- Data-Driven Decisions : Use analytics to measure product impact and optimize user experience.
- Industry Trends : Stay updated on e-commerce and retail trends and technologies.
Requirements:
- 5 years as a Product Manager
- E-commerce experience with a track record of successful online shopping projects
- Technical understanding of inventory management, fulfillment, and customer data security
- Strong portfolio showcasing product management and problem-solving skills
- Expertise in user research, interaction design, and visual design
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Bonus Points:
- Experience with A/B testing
