Schlagel Insurance Agency Inc.(Allstate Insurance) is currently seeking a motivated

Business Development Representative to join our team! You will be a key contributor to our marketing process and sales initiative. The goal is to drive in more Allstate Insurance auto and home quote opportunities for our seasoned sales team. You would be dialing outbound calls and transferring interested

prospects who would like to save money on their auto and home insurance.

-Previous sales experience a plus

-The compensation range for this position $16 per hour plus call transfer commission

$36 per hour depending on the volume of transfers, but in all cases not less

than the applicable minimum wage

-Full-time associates are offered a comprehensive benefit package including medical, vision, PTO, retirement plan and more!

-Part-time available without benefits

-Opportunity to become a licensed sales representative in the future

Responsibilities

-Maximize sales opportunities and traffic through calling new and older Internet Leads

-Adhere to scripts and talking points provided for each type of phone call initiated

-Making outbound calls with goal of transferring the call to our sales reps

-Record and manage prospective customer information through the CRM

-Maintain a thorough knowledge of all current marketing campaigns

-Tracking personal results including transfers and calls using CRM system

-Work closely with Business Development Manager to increase the results of the

department

Requirements

Essential Job Skills:

-Clear and concise written and verbal communication

-Results driven and motivated for sales

-Excellent customer service

-Effectively manages responsibilities with time management to reach goals

-Ability to multi-task while demonstrating strong organizational skills

-Bonus-Has prior CRM experience and is very computer savvy
