DeWinter Group is Hiring a Total Rewards & Compensation Analyst Near Middlesex, MA

About the Company: We are seeking a meticulous and strategic Total Rewards & Compensation Analyst to join our Human Resources team on a 3-month contract. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing our compensation programs, including salary structures, total rewards, and compensation bands. This position will primarily focus on developing and maintaining competitive pay structures and ensuring that our compensation practices align with the company's objectives and industry standards.

Location: The ideal candidate is local to the MA area and may be onsite 1-2x a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Total Rewards Management: Develop and administer comprehensive total rewards strategies that include salary, bonuses, and other compensation components, excluding equity.
  • Compensation Bands: Define and update compensation bands for both new and existing roles within the organization to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Title Structure: Establish and maintain a clear and logical job title structure that supports career progression and organizational growth.
  • Salary Limits: Set salary limits and ranges for various positions, ensuring alignment with industry benchmarks and company budgets.
  • New Roles Compensation: Design compensation packages for new roles, considering factors such as market trends, company pay philosophy, and role requirements.
  • Current Positions Evaluation: Regularly review and adjust compensation for existing roles to maintain market competitiveness and address internal discrepancies.
  • Salary and Commission Plans: Develop and manage salary and commission plans, ensuring they are effective in driving performance and achieving business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in compensation analysis, total rewards, or a related field.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of compensation principles, job evaluation methodologies, and market analysis.
