Prior experience with project to product transformations
Strong executive presence, facilitation skills, drive for results, attention to quality and detail, and a synergetic attitude
Clear understanding of how to establish product operation standards
Ability to develop, deliver and mentor effective, well-articulated, written, and oral communications (e.g., emails, presentation materials) applying appropriate level of content/ detail dependent upon audience and intent
Build relationships and act as an advisor to executives, senior leadership and teams to guide and influence transformational change for highly complex business needs
Provide vision, direction and mentoring for peer coaches, Scrum Masters, and others, to aid growth and improvement
Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise to translate Agile and product theory into practical and tan
