Dexian, Professionals of NC is assisting a client with the need for an Accounting Manager for their facility in Greensboro, NC. The ideal candidate will assist in all areas of accounting and financial aspects of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Month-end and year-end close and monitoring the process by keeping team accountable.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and sales tax functions.
• Supervise physical inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory level reporting.
• Train and manage accounting team.
• Yearly and monthly financial reporting.
• Bank reconciliations and credit card statements.
• Maintain internal controls and work with external audit team.
• Cash flow maintenance and budget prep.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 years' working in accounting (preferably construction)
• Strong Excel ( vlook up, pivot tables)
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Job costing experience highly preferred
