Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced AJO/CJA Business Analyst who is highly skilled in building and testing within Adobe. The ideal candidate will be proficient in developing customer journey maps, building audiences, and creating analytics and reporting dashboards.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement customer journey maps using Adobe Journey Orchestration (AJO).

Build and manage customer data platforms (CDP) to create targeted audiences.

Develop analytics and reporting dashboards using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).

Required Skills and Experience:

Proficiency in Adobe Journey Orchestration (AJO).

Experience in building customer journey maps.

Capability in managing customer data platforms and building audiences.

Expertise in developing analytics and reporting dashboards using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
