Job Title: Business Analyst/Project Manager

Location: Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 Months

Pay range: $(70–80)/HR.

Responsibilities:

• Manage relationship with Business and take ownership for providing regular project updates to key business and technology stakeholders.
• Communicate key project risks, define mitigation strategies, and manage resolution.
• Develop test strategies, document test scenarios and coordinate User Acceptance Testing across front to back tech stack.
• Develop Project Plans and UAT Run books.
• Work with development and support teams to resolve production issues and identify root cause.

Skills:

• Relevant experience working in the financial industry.
• Strong product level knowledge of Equity, Swaps, Cash Equity, Equity Swaps, Fixed Income, OTC derivatives products.
• Good product level knowledge of Cash/Synthetic Prime Brokerage will be ideal.
• Understanding Trade Processing management and is highly desirable.
• A proven track record of business analysis experience and strong familiarity with BA analysis techniques.
• Strong level of experience and familiarity with Agile, Scrum or Waterfall, SDLC methodology.
• Strong practical experience in analysis, design and project managing end to end delivery.
