Purpose:
Support technical automation of network adequacy reporting and scenario modelling to assist with meeting extensive network adequacy requirements.
Identify root causes of gaps and support quicker resolution of system issues and gap closure.
Create data insights and analytics for Ambetter directory accuracy.
Identify areas of concern for Health Plan and/or Shared Services remediation (e.g., invalid data, missing data, duplicate data, stale data) with one resource.
Required Skills:
More than 4 years of experience with Power BI.
More than 4 years of experience with SQL.
More than 3 years of experience with SSIS and SSRS.
More than 2 years of experience with Oracle.
Responsibilities:
Develop ad-hoc reports to conduct data analysis and validation.
Confer with area/department to analyze current operational procedures and trends, and identify problems.
Conduct business analysis and recommend technical alternative solutions to management that best meet the organization's goals.
Research, evaluate, and assess the financial impact of issues identified in data/processes.
Analyze requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or improve existing business systems.
Act as a subject matter expert to provide business and technical expertise in requirements solicitation, system analysis, technical design, programming, and documentation of business applications/systems.
Strong SQL skills to create scripts for testing UAT projects.
Data visualization skills to produce Medicare and marketplace reports.
Excellent team player to collaborate with the team.
Required Skills/Experience:
Required: 4 years of experience in SQL programming language (Stored Procedures, Triggers, Indexes, Functions, Cursors, Dynamic SQL, Views, Joins, Performing Query Optimization).
Required: 4 years of experience in Business Intelligence tools (BI Tools) such as Power BI and SSRS.
Required: 2 years of experience in relevant programming including Python, C#, PL/SQL, or Oracle (or similar depending upon departmental requirements).
Required: 1 years of experience using TFS or GIT.
Required: 2 years of experience in building, maintaining, and creating complex ETLs using Microsoft Visual Studio 2017 and up.
Required: SSIS (ETL).
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Optional: 2 years of experience creating Web applications.
Education Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
Education Preferred:
MIS, related field, or equivalent experience.
2 years of related experience.
Software Skills Required:
SQL programming, Power BI, SSRS, SSIS.
