Position: Project Manager - Investment Analyst

POSITION

Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

Supporting the Portfolio Management Teams in their day to day functions.

Reviewing data for quality, helping process trades, performing BAU and some Project Coordination work.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5-7 years of experience (2-3 years in Client Servicing / Investment Banking Operations)

• 2-3 years of experience in Project Management

• Strong knowledge of Investments (Stocks, Bonds, ETFs, Mutual Funds)

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

• Scripting skills in Python, Alteryx a PLUS

• Knowledge of Regulatory Reporting (ESG experience would be a PLUS)

• Experience w/ Due diligence on funds and fund managers

• Bachelor’s degree (Finance) or equivalent work experience

Soft skills:

• Excellent research skills collecting the information needed to push through and support new business projects

• Up-to-date with market trends, movement, and innovations

• Top-notch communication skills for presenting new ideas and strategies that can could improve current planning processes

• Understanding of budgets and finances

• Highly organized; will need to manage project schedules, goals, and communications between workers involved

• Excellent collaborative skills and ability maintain positive work relationships
