Position Details:

Title: Principal Site Reliability Engineer

Location: 1 Week Onsite , 3 Weeks Remote - Merrimack, NH or Westlake, TX

Job Description:

• 10 years of experience as an Observability Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, or similar role, with a focus on monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting
• Experience working in an Agile delivery environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Solid understanding of software development and application architecture principles
• Experience with AWS Managed Services, ECS, EC2, EKS, Serverless Framework/Lambda, API Gateway, Step Function, S3, ALB, Route53
• Prior experience with Java, JS, Python, NodeJS, Spring
• Strong knowledge of observability tools and frameworks such as Datadog, Prometheus, or Splunk

Certifications in AWS, observability, or monitoring are a plus
