Our client, a Fortune 500 Communications Technology organization, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager for Field Sales Operations & Enablement. This role will be integrated into our existing geo support model, fostering a one-to-one partnership with the current SP&O Field Distribution Project Management Lead. The primary focus will be on managing and executing day-to-day project calls and plan execution at the market level, supporting enterprise projects for Retail and Indirect channels.
Key Responsibilities
Store Refresh Planning:
- Lead the planning and scheduling of store refreshes from both national and local market perspectives.
- Ensure all external and operational elements of enterprise projects are addressed and maintained.
Store Prioritization and Asset Allocation:
- Collaborate with GRE (Global Real Estate) and market teams to prioritize stores for receiving enterprise assets.
- Ensure the business strategy is met, including adherence to budget requirements.
Operational Planning and Strategy:
- Develop and implement operational plans for the delivery of new enterprise assets.
- Align strategies with store refresh cycles and manage project funding to optimize cost savings.
Deployment and Readiness:
- Lead the deployment of new enterprise assets to stores.
- Partner with GRE to ensure market and field teams are fully prepared for store changes.
- Create and oversee operational plans for executing enterprise assets across the fleet of stores.
Required Qualifications
- Strong written, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to solicit and incorporate feedback in a structured manner while meeting deadlines.
- Proven experience leading and working with cross-functional teams on complex projects.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Experience.
- Experience with or working knowledge of Smartsheets.
- Experience preparing presentations and visual data displays for sales key performance indicators.
