Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the stabilization phase of a recently implemented major project.
- Coordinate the replacement of the current performance measurement and performance attribution system (Eagle Pace) with FactSet.
- Utilize project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Scrum, and Agile to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, managing resources without direct reports.
- Prioritize and address feedback and technical issues from the business units post go-live.
- Conduct gap analysis and drive execution based on predefined implementation plans.
- Potential infrequent travel to other offices, such as San Francisco.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience as a Project Manager in the financial services sector, specifically within investment management.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with performance measurement and performance attribution systems (e.g., Eagle Pace, FactSet).
- Familiarity with order management and accounting solutions such as BlackRock Aladdin.
- Proficiency in using Confluence, JIRA, and MS Office tools.
- 10 years of project management experience.
Preferred Skills:
- PMP certification is a plus.
