Pay Range : 25.00$/hr.- 29.70$/hr.
Job Description :
Position Overview: Join our Fraud Disruption Team as a highly skilled Fraud Investigator, passionate about customer protection and fraud prevention.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve fraud and financial risk issues.
- Validate payment transactions through outbound calls.
- Write accurate and concise case notes.
- Provide resolutions to complex customer issues.
- Handle fraud-related inquiries and escalations.
- Maintain high standards for investigation procedures.
- Contribute to process improvements and share best practices.
Qualifications:
- Experience in risk analysis, payments, payroll, fintech/banking, transaction monitoring, Google Suite, investigations, fraud cases, and KYC/KYB.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
