Job Duties:
- Fully cycle accounting for development and operating projects
- Prepare and/or Review project job cost summaries showing status of construction and development properties.
- Prepare financial statements and supplemental reporting, including balance sheet reconciliations and intercompany eliminations
- Review monthly draw packages, capital calls, and financial packages received from joint ventures.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in accounting or finance
- 3-5 years in real estate or public accounting
- commercial and development experience
