About the Position

Dexis is looking to hire three detail-oriented Program Analysts with a solid background in Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and related security cooperation fields. This position offers the opportunity to enhance your skills and experience in critical security cooperation areas, including Building Partner Capacity (BPC) programs, Counterterrorism, and Global Train and Equip initiatives.

This position is based in Washington, DC and is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities
  • Program Management: Manage complex FMS programs, ensuring compliance with security cooperation policies and legislation. Provide oversight in the execution of Foreign Military Financing (FMF) and BPC programs.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Build and maintain strong working relationships with DoD Agencies, State Department, Combatant Commanders, Joint Staff, Military Departments, and in-country Security Cooperation Officers.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct thorough data analysis using MS Excel and prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Translate analytical findings into actionable insights.
  • Project Coordination: Serve as a point of contact for project coordination, ensuring timely completion of program tasks. Work closely with internal management, DoD counterparts, and industry representatives to address operational issues.
  • Policy Compliance: Assist in ensuring that all program operations are in compliance with relevant security assistance policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
  • Documentation and Communication: Prepare clear, concise, and professional written documentation and presentations for program updates, reviews, and other purposes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 4 years of experience within the last five (5) years working in Foreign Military Sales (FMS) within logistics, financial management, military education and training, transportation, and security cooperation in in project coordination and process improvement.
  • Prior Department of Defense (DOD) experience and Solid knowledge of Security Assistance policy and procedures, including compliance with FMS legislation and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to effectively communicate findings in writing.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in managing multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with advanced skills in Excel, including data evaluation, formulas, and analytics. Experience transferring data from Excel to PowerPoint or Word for presentation purposes.
  • Computer skills such as SharePoint, Access database, and experience in graphical arts and media presentation are a plus.

Below is the pay range aligned with this position. When creating an offer, Dexis evaluates compensation holistically, triangulating between external market research, our budget for the position, and internal equity to arrive at a figure that is fair and competitive.

Dexis pay range for this role:
$68,000—$83,000 USD
