PeopleSoft Solutions ArchitectType: Long Term ContractLocation: Parsippany, NJ – This is a hybrid role with 3 days on-siteThe PeopleSoft Solutions Architect will lead the strategy and direction of solution design and technology architecture supporting PeopleSoft and its integration with other key internal and external systems. The Architect will be communicating with stakeholders at various levels to understand the current landscape and develop solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Must have strong experience on PeopleSoft Finance module.
- Design integration between PeopleSoft and other key systems.
- Engage with Business stakeholders to understand their challenges and objectives.
- Lead a cross-functional team environment in designing the environment.
- Conduct workshops with internal teams and partners to collaborate in the designing of the solution.
- Perform impact analysis of the requirements gathered from stakeholders.
- Regularly review and update architecture to reflect any changing business needs.
- Ensure solutions align with industry standard methodologies.
- Strong Decision Making, Collaboration, conflict management, facilitation and delegation skills
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Ability to identify potential risks and provide proactive mitigations
- Positive can-do attitude, solutions-oriented and willingness to extend beyond day-to-day responsibilities
- Strong ability in Problem Solving, Forward Thinking, Influencing Stakeholders
- Strong Adaptability and Sense of ownership
- Strong ability to Build Relationships and Credibility with Management
- Strong Ability to Influence and Drive Cross Functional Decisions and Initiatives
- Minimal to no Supervision and Oversight required
- Strong ability to provide feedback and apply feedback received to improve solution.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or relevant experience
- Must have strong experience in architecting large and complex PeopleSoft Solutions
