Essential DutiesSolve complex business problems utilizing business process redesign and cloud computing
Engage with stakeholders to document requirements and assess AS-IS processes and develop new processes and/or business flows.
Consult with the data engineering team and functional unit owners and document a gap analysis of capabilities, requirements and needs against technology.
Apply business process re-engineering methodologies for systems modernization
Develops new standard operating procedures documentation aligned with business
Develop and maintain efficient planning models along with reporting to support GAF’s business planning process.
Prepare and present findings, recommendations, new operating models, and new workflows in consultation with the business team.
Creates methodology to measure process performance against established
Responsible for completing assignments with the ability to work on 1-3 projects
Understanding the business needs and requests, identifying solutions, gathering information, and translating business needs into documented artifacts that are understandable to business and IT personnel alike
Work with the business users to analyze processes and system issues and turn them into actionable system changes that benefit the requesting party(s), improve efficiency in operations and overall performance
Collaborate with project teams and business partners during project planning, incremental software delivery reviews, and User Acceptance testing to ensure the software has been implemented based on the specifications.

Experience in SAP or SAC
Experience in Finance or FP&A domain is a plus
Experience in Jira is a plus
Knowledge of Information Security Awareness
Understanding of ERP applications & integrations
Education/ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related
10 years of IT experience; preferably in enterprise Business-to-Business durableable goods, construction, or building materials manufacturing.
10 years’ experience in systems analysis, data analysis and design with proven record of successful large scale project implementations
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar certification is a .
