The Opportunity In this 12-month Fixed Term Contract opportunity, the People & Culture Manager will be responsible for providing a best practice operational platform for the People & Culture function. This role will focus on business enablement, operational excellence, risk management, project management and service delivery with a focus on P&C processes and systems. You will make an impact by: delivering the enablement roadmap to execute the HR strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction partnering with the broader P&C team and business SMEs to gather requirements and effectively project manage Overseeing internal/external service providers to effectively deliver BAU and project related activities driving enhancements, and successful implementation of projects. About You The ideal candidate will showcase prior experience in a HR Operational and/or Advisory role, and a genuine appreciation for how systems, data and technology can support business goals. A background working with, and on enhancements across HRIS systems such as Workday is strongly preferred. You will be highly systems savvy with the ability to intuitively find ways around a system, seek efficiencies and problem solve. Partnered with your stakeholder engagement skills, you will showcase exceptional structured project management experience, and an end-to-end understanding of HR processes.
