JobOverview : We are seeking a dynamic and creativeCommunications Officer to join our team. The Communications Officerwill play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining the publicimage of our organization.

This role involves creating compellingcontent managing media relations coordinating public events andimplementing communication strategies to promote our mission andobjectives.

KeyResponsibilities :

Media Relations :

• Build and maintain relationships withjournalists media outlets and influencers.
• Draft and distribute press releases and respond to mediainquiries.
• Arrange and coordinate mediainterviews and press conferences.

InternalCommunications :

• Develop and implement internal communication strategiesto keep employees informed and engaged.
• Createand distribute internal newsletters memos andannouncements.

Social MediaManagement :

• Managethe organization’s social media accounts includingcreating and scheduling posts engaging with followers andmonitoring social media trends.

EventCoordination :

• Planand execute public events including press conferences communityevents and promotional activities.
• Coordinatelogistics marketing materials and media coverage forevents.

Communication StrategyDevelopment :

• Assistin the development and implementation of comprehensivecommunication plans and strategies.
• Conductresearch and analyze data to measure the effectiveness ofcommunication strategies.

Qualifications :

• Excellent written and verbal communicationskills.
• Proficiency in using social mediaplatforms and digital communication tools.
