Key Role: Provide te chn ical support and guidance to platform users during and after force training, exercises, TTP development, and/or mission rehearsals. Act as a subject matter expert on IT tools and te chn ologies, offering consultation and advice on best practices. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in IT and training te chn ologies to keep the Persistent Cyber Training Environment (PCTE) platform relevant and cutting-edge. Analyze training data and feedback to identify platform usage trends, areas for improvement, and successes. Prepare reports, executive summaries, and PowerPoint presentations on PCTE activities and outcomes for USCYBERCOM senior leadership. Basic Qualifications: * 10 years of experience as an IT Spe cia list or in the IT field
* Experience with virtualization te chn ologies, including VMware or Hyper-V
* Experience with cloud computing platforms
* Experience with cybersecurity principles and best practices
* Knowledge of IT systems, sof tware, and tools
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
* TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
* Bachelor's degree in Information Te chn ology, Computer Science, or Education Additional Qualifications: * Experience in e-learning platforms, learning management systems ( LMS ) , and training te chn ologies
* Experience in troubleshooting and resolving te chn ical issues
* Experience in capabilities development
* Knowledge of IT systems, including servers, networks, operating systems, and applications
* Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
* Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Master's degree
* CompTIA CTT or Micro sof t Certified Trainer Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
