Active Top Secret Clearance with Poly Required
Salary Range: Up to $215K (salary is commensurate with education and experience)
Job Summary
Support technical risk analysis of enterprise and operational mission systems, networks, devices, and applications. across a myriad of Sponsor's initiatives.
Please Note:
This job requires an existing Top Secret Clearance and Polygraph.
Experience Needed:

• Citizenship: Must Be a US Citizen
• Active Top Secret SCI with Poly
• Experience programming in one or more languages. Java or Python experience preferred.
• Experience assessing risk, impacts and developing contingencies to mitigate those issues related to the Internet.
• Experience analyzing structure and unstructured data and streamlining business process making customized algorithms and data modeling.
• Experience working with risk frameworks
• Experience with graph database•technologies
• Experience with building tools for management of technical signatures .
• Experience with Cloud Infrastructure within a high security environment.
• Experience performing strategic systems planning
• Experience developing and implementing logical workflows for complex decision matrices.
• Experience completing various forms of communications for executive, technical and mission audiences.
• Experience in making logical, fact-based informed decisions about mission internet technology solutions and their usage.
• Experience identifying technology opportunities and gaps in technical capabilities and process.
• Experience with time management and working on multiple initiatives .
• Experience evaluating and developing strategies to solve complex system engineering challenges in cross-organizational environment.

Optional Skills

• Experience with Agile frameworks.
• Experience with data visualization and link analysis
• Experience with the Sponsor regulations governing, or related to, the management of sub-compartmented dissemination programs.
• Experience processing and integrating large amounts of information in an organized and comprehensible manner.
• Experience identifying and validating requirements from user stories and engagement
