DFC Company (Dakota Fence, 3D Specialties, Sign Solutions USA, Dakota Playground, Park & Play USA, Town & Country Fence, and Dakota Unlimited) is a growing specialty contractor primarily involved in residential/commercial fence, highway guardrail, fabrication, and commercial playground construction as well as traffic control and pavement marking services. We provide services to homeowners, commercial businesses, and government entities. Summary
- Handle all administrative support functions for the branch office.
- Serve as the primary contact for customer service, including answering phones and assisting walk-in customers.
- Manage walk-in retail traffic for fence materials, complete invoices for retail sales, process customer payments, and assist in loading materials.
- Set up and manage 3D rentals, returns, and billing.
- Accurately create and administer jobs, including job set-up, utility locates, and job costing.
- Enter and process company payables within the company work pool system.
- Provide support to the branch manager, including tasks such as drafting proposals, entering potential projects in the ERP system, and conducting underground utility locates.
- Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding, and forward all documentation to corporate HR/Payroll.
- Manage physical documents and office supplies.
- Undertake special projects as needed.
- Perform other tasks as defined by the Branch Manager.
