DFC Company (Dakota Fence, 3D Specialties, Sign Solutions USA, Dakota Playground, Park & Play USA, Town & Country Fence, and Dakota Unlimited) is a growing specialty contractor primarily involved in residential/commercial fence, highway guardrail, fabrication, and commercial playground construction as well as traffic control and pavement marking services. Days and Time: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Summary:

• Assist with receivables functions, including scanning and entering receipts into the company work pool system, applying cash to customer accounts, and making deposits as required
• Help with bank reconciliation responsibilities
• Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for the accounting department
• Cross-trained to support accounts payable functions including scanning/naming/organizing invoices/receipts in the company work pool system
• Reconcile company credit cards
• Serve as a primary backup to specified areas within the Accounting/Finance department (Accounts Payable, General Ledger (GL), Sales and Use Tax)

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: A two-year degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited college is required. A four-year degree is preferred. Two (2) years of directly related experience is a plus.
