Small, personal injury law firm, in downtown Dallas, is seeking a Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal (Spanish) with 5 years of Personal Injury Litigation experience to support 2 busy attorneys. If you are self-motivated, detail-oriented, client oriented, this position is for you! Come and work in a casual, collegial environment providing superior service to their clients.

Responsibilities:

-Gather medical records

-Communicate with clients and other attorneys

-Schedule depositions and other case activities

-Set up and maintain case files

-Assist attorneys with discovery and other litigation activities

-Prepare basic pleadings

-E-file with the courts

-Calculate and calendar deadlines

-Occasional local travel in the DFW area

-Must have Personal Injury Litigation along with pre-litigation experience

-Must be bilingual (Spanish)

-Excellent proofreading skills required

-40 hour work week on-site (Monday-Friday)
