DGA Security is Hiring a Manager - Regional Sales Near New York, NY

The Manager of Regional Sales will be responsible for leading a team that promotes our comprehensive range of security systems and related services. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in sales leadership, business development, and client relationship management. In this role, you will be directly responsible for managing the field activities and metrics of Security Consultants.

Based in midtown Manhattan, the Manager of Regional Sales Regional Sales will be entrusted with the leadership of our most significant territory. This opportunity will be instrumental in impacting the direction and shaping the growth of not only our local business but our team of Security Consultants.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Coach and mentor the sales team
  • Participate in the development of the company’s strategic plan
  • Maximize market penetration through appropriate utilization of resources
  • Ensure all territories are appropriately developed
  • Utilize field shadowing and weekly/monthly territory audits
  • Lead negotiations to successful closure by participating in key customer visits/sales calls
  • Manage and improve our systems of accountability, measurement and control
  • Ensure that all sales consultants meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes
  • Set example for sales consultants in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits
  • Conduct weekly/monthly coaching and counseling with sales consultants to build motivation and selling skills
  • Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees

Desired qualifications include:

  • degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • of 6 years of experience in sales leadership roles.
  • track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • to think strategically, analyze market trends, and develop effective sales strategies.
  • in sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
