This role will start out being 100% commissions (Uncapped) and can turn into a Perm role with Salary & Benefits in the future. If you currently have a Full-Time job. this can be an additional revenue stream or 'Side Hustle' offering our job search services to your active or passive candidates. We've had great success using mass emails and LinkedIn posts.

Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Responsible for recruiting both job seekers and hiring managers: including sourcing, screening, conducting phone interviews, 'Mock Interviews' and editing/updating resumes and LinkedIn profiles.
• Follow up on sales leads and work to bring in new candidates/clients while managing existing accounts
• Source for both active and passive talent by managing job postings, utilizing job boards, attending networking events, maintaining social media platforms, and cultivating a strong referral base
• Negotiate salary and contract rates with candidates
• Prepare candidates thoroughly for job interviews and debrief post interview
• Keep candidate records up to date with accurate notes and candidate summaries
• Identify and market new business through leads, cross-selling opportunities, targeted marketing campaigns, etc.
• Speak with clients to take detailed and thorough job orders
• Stay up to date on all industry trends and developments

Recruiter Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 year recruiting experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated success working in fast-paced, highly competitive, deadline-oriented environment
• Ability to work with multiple levels within an organization and cross-functional departments
• Demonstrated knowledge of solutions-oriented sales/closing techniques
