GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

To grow sales of industrial sawing products in the West Coast Region.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

The primary responsibility is to prospect and negotiate with new distributors, make joint sales calls (with our distributor reps), and liaise with end-user National Accounts. The individual will conduct hands-on application of our products, productivity testing, and provide machine demonstrations when required. This position also provides marketing insight and feedback.

WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

The individual should have a technical background in the sales and application of band saw machines and/or industrial machinery. Strong consideration will be given to a sales professional with a background in other metal process equipment/tooling manufacturing. Band sawing experienced is preferred. A professional and positive attitude is paramount…anyone without this, need not apply!

COMPENSATION:

All of our Regional Sales Managers are supplied with a company car, gas and maintenance card, laptop computer, cell phone and are compensated for other necessary (and approved) office equipment and services. All reasonable travel expenses and lodging are compensated. The primary mode of transportation within the assigned territory is by car unless pre-approved for air travel. Our Regional Sales Managers are compensated primarily by a salary plan(commensurate with experience) plus commissions.

Salary for this position (based on experience) falls between $80K and $85K. Earning potential (after incentives) for this position fall between $100K and $140K.
