Qualifications


The main role of the position is to assist our project managers with a variety of design and construction administration tasks and assist with office administration tasks.

Applicant must possess the following:

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards, the ability to multi-task, work well in a team environment and interact with outside contacts.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel: incorporating tables/data/etc. into Word documents/reports with correct formatting.
  • Experience in Adobe Acrobat preferred. 
  • Experience with AutoCAD is a plus but willing to learn simple AutoCAD drafting tasks. 
  • Ability to type efficiently. 
  • Acute attention to documentation and detail.

Project Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Design Tasks
    • Quantity Take Offs
    • Easement preparation / tracking / coordination
    • Simple Drafting Tasks
    • Permit applications & tracking
  • Bidding
    • Addendums
    • Bid tabulations
  • Construction Administration
    • Contract Document preparation / tracking
    • Pay Requests
    • Field Orders
    • Change Orders
    • Federal Funding compliance tracking
    • Assist with meeting minutes, document processing, project record keeping, etc.

Office Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support and general clerical duties, including typing, electronic and hardcopy filing functions, photocopying, faxing, archiving, and or scanning documents.
  • Interact with clients in person and via telephone / electronic communication.
