OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION
The Digital Marketing Manager role at DH is central to driving marketing effectiveness and enhancing user experience through strategic digital initiatives. You'll oversee the development and execution of comprehensive multi-channel online advertising campaigns, leveraging research and optimization to achieve meaningful results. As a consultant, you'll provide strategic guidance on digital marketing and social media programs to both clients and DH team members, contributing to new business proposals and agency thought leadership as an expert in your field.
We're seeking a Digital Marketing Manager who not only possesses a strong understanding of digital trends but also excels in building and optimizing campaigns to meet business objectives. Your ability to collaborate with account teams and provide strategic counsel will be essential in delivering impactful solutions and driving success in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, public relations, communications or related field.
  • Four to six years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Experience in marketing, public relations, communications or related field; previous agency experience is preferred.
  • Experience using digital marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, GovDelivery, Facebook Business Manager, Mailchimp.
  • In-depth understanding of social and digital platforms including Facebook/Facebook Business Manager, Instagram, X Ads, LinkedIn/LinkedIn Business Manager, Snapchat/SnapAds, GoogleAds, Spotify/Pandora, TikTok/TikTok Ads Manager, HULU Ads Manager, Amazon and other programmatic DSP platforms
  • Experience with web analytic tools and ad tech platforms such as Google Analytics, in-platform social analytics, etc.
  • Experience with and commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion principles.
  • Experience with Looker Studio or other similar data visualization dashboard tools
  • In lieu of a college degree, an equivalent combination of education, training and lived experience will be considered.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
