JobDescription :

• This will include unboxing units to configure and boxingunits back up to prepare for shipment.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Configure customers systems to their requiredspecifications.

Test systems to ensure 100%quality.

Maintain minimum monthly productivitygoals.

Troubleshoot problems with computer systemsincluding hardware software and peripheral equipment.

Ensure that customers receive the highest level of customerservice.

Communicate issues concerning customer ordersto the area Help Desk or Team Leader.

Adhere to safetyprocedures and guidelines at all times.

Responsibilities

Perform anyadditional duties assigned by management.

It may benecessary on occasion for this individual to work beyond theirregularly scheduled shift

Overtime is to be expected andin some cases may be required

Demonstrate ability tolift and carry up to 25 pounds of force frequently (3467% of theworkday) and 26 to 50 pounds of force occasionally (033% of theworkday).

The team lift system must be utilized for loads weighingmore than 50 pounds.

Demonstrate ability to push andpull up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (033% of theworkday).

Demonstrate ability to perform eight or morehours of standing walking bending lifting stooping and carryingproducts in combination at any given time.

Ability towork in a warehouse environment which includes changes intemperature as weather fluctuates noise from conveyors andforklifts.

Qualifications

MinimumQualifications

High School diploma or GED.

ACertification or an equivalent combination of education andexperience with the ability to demonstrate knowledge.

Ability to quickly learn aboutnew technology and keep pace with an everchangingindustry

Ability to assemble and disassemble computerequipment mechanically inclined

Obtain certificationsand continually learn new technology.
