## Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Workers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in construction industry and possess knowledge of various hand and power tools. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to rehabbing houses

## Responsibilities
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to rehab houses from stud to completion
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols and company guidelines at all times

10 years of Experience

### Required Skills:
- Experience with hand tools and power tools
- Knowledge framing, hanging and finishing drywall, painting, installing flooring, installing kitchen cabinets, installing doors and windows, electrical experience, installing molding.

### Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Previous experience in plumbing a plus
