•Maintain daily cash flow
•Review proposals and issue credit memos: Incorrect invoicing, damaged material, display
support, rebate, special project, necessary for inventory adjustment etc
•Special requests by executive members
•Reconcile related party transactions
Preparing monthly closing file
•Record all AR transactions including warranty and rebate
•Review details of general ledger
•Make depreciation schedule
•Find any transaction for prepaid expenses or advance payments
•Monitoring any related party transactions
•Compare F/S and actual report (AR, AP, Inventory and Sales reports)
•Generate monthly report for Management and Korea reporting purposes (BS, IS and Cash Flow)
Quarterly/ Yearly
•To ensure each state & federal requirements are met
•Prepare for Audit
•Update Bank, Corporation, State, Federal info
