STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP MANAGER - DIGITAL PLATFORMS
Two (2) roles are available, and work location is flexible within the United States.
*Candidates MUST already have valid US work authorization.
Purpose:
Implement structured Digital Platforms sales processes, policies, and procedures. Manage and coordinate sales support activities including client onboarding (structured process), business development and administration. Solutions-oriented individual who can think outside the box to focus on developing revenue in digital sales environment.
This role will focus on working with digital platforms to sell DHL Express products to small businesses. You will need to integrate our products into platform service offering and work with sales, customers, and technical teams to achieve the results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop multi-tiered relationships across the Digital Platforms customer base to ensure a long-term business partnership and achievement of the customer development plan.
- Identify revenue growth opportunities , manage an active pipeline and close the sell.
- Drive the execution and onboarding of new digital platform partners by liaising between all interconnected functions: marketing, legal, pricing, operations, and information technology team.
- Always look for the “art of the possible” enabling value delivery with speed and agility.
- Execute the Digital Platforms structured approach across Platform partnerships and as a new funnel to drive our SME growth strategy.
- Achieve agreed revenue and profit targets.
- Technical subject matter expert regarding eCommerce client and merchant requirements.
- Lead and manage customer proposals, ensuring there is a common understanding of service expectations and solutions with the customer and DHL Express.
- Create a competitive advantage for the Platform customer by selling DHL Express service and value for eCommerce segment.
- Monitor the account performance in close cooperation with a virtual team.
- Analyze Digital Platforms sales data, help prepare sales forecasts and assist in the development of analysis.
- Share relevant information on the customer; news updates & opportunities with global/regional and country stakeholders & virtual team.
- Maintain database of customer related attributes, spend, and performance information.
- Support initiatives which will be used to back up marketing campaigns with Digital Platforms sales partners.
- May provide functional advice or training.
