• be leading and managing a team of operation managers and supervisors
• HACCP Compliance and regulation policies and procedures
• to drive standardization and processes in order to ensure and abide by safety methods and operations flow
• system applications such as WMS (Manhattan) system to track inventory, wave progress, and yard management
• be very involved in labor planning, process planning, and process flow
• be working with a very engaged team and must be present in order to ensure and drive a successful team

Job Description
