We are currently looking for Building Maintenanceto join our team!

This employee will be responsible for but not limited to:

Responsible for the general maintenance of the building and facilities including water, heating, air conditioning, and electrical maintenance.

Key Accountabilities:

• Maintain HVAC system.
• Do minor maintenance as needed for water and electrical repairs.
• Carry out preventative maintenance programs.
• Provide maintenance to material handling equipment to ensure service reliability.
• Perform maintenance or general carpentry on items such as floors, walls, doors, etc.
• Ensure all safety equipment is in proper working order.
• Complete required reports when maintenance tasks are completed.
• Answer security/alarm calls as needed.

WHAT WE OFFER:

• Wages at $21.50 per hour with an annual increase.
• Work schedules:First Shift
• Monday – Friday 7am – 330pm (Hours may vairy depending on business needs)
• Eligible for production and attendance bonuses
• Weekly pay available
• Overtime available based on customer volume

WHAT WE SEEK:

• Previous forklift experience preferred
• Previous Building Maintenance experience Preferred
• Must be detail-oriented, and a team player

Required Education and Experience:

• 2 years of previous facility maintenance experience
• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
