This position is located at US Mint,Headquarters-Off of the Dir/Chief Admin Off/OFF OF POLICY ANALYSIS/Program Perf and Analysis Br. As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst (Program Performance and Analysis Branch Manager), you will provide technical, programmatic, and administrative direction for a wide variety of important and highly complex projects, duties and responsibilities that traverse functional lines and organizational boundaries.

**Duties**

As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst (Program Performance and Analysis Branch Manager), you will:

* Develop enterprise policy, procedures and processes for the Mint or specific program mission office, integrate those policies with inter-bureau plans.

* Provide technical and programmatic direction, oversight, and leadership for a variety of enterprise-wide programs, projects, and assignments in connection with the management of the Mint.

* Advise and/or provide data-driven policy and program analyses to Mint senior staff to support evidence-based decision-making on critical program and management initiatives.

* Direct a program to support continuous improvement and workplace modernization initiatives to achieve lasting change in processes and organizations.

* Manage the program objectives to ensure programs are consistent with U.S. Mint and department goals and monitors program development to make sure that timelines are met accordingly.

** Qualifications**

You must meet the following requirements within 14 days of the closing date of this announcement. **Specialized Experience**:

For the GS-14, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13grade level in the Federal service.

Specialized experience for this position is defined as applying program management principles to direct the day-to-day operations of an organization. Examples of such experience could include:

Experience consulting with, making recommendations to and implementing solutions for executive level staff; OR

Planning, organizing and directing operations to include growth management, cost control and savings; OR

Researching and interpreting directives or other authorities on governmental regulations; OR

Analyzing and interpreting established and purposed policies and procedures; OR

Planning, organizing, directing, and/or leading the work of others performing data analytics and data mining or work comparable in nature.

In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following **time-in-grade requirement**, if applicable:

For the GS-14 you must have been at the GS-13level for 52 weeks.
