Lutheran Senior Services (LSS East, Diakon Lutheran Social Ministries) is one of the premier employers in Pennsylvania. We are a non-profit organization which includes Diakon Senior Living Services.

This position will support Buffalo Valley in Lewisburg, PA and Cumberland Crossings in Carlisle, PA. There will be offices at both locations and will require travel to both locations with mileage reimbursement. 

General Responsibilities:

• Loads, configures, tests, and maintains all workstation-based hardware and software

• Ensures appropriate security is in place to enable users to access required information and restrict access to sensitive data

• Implements workstation-related policies of network management

• Provides support and coordination of upgrades and operation of all low voltage equipment including:

  a) Telephone switches and desktop equipment

  b) LSS Resident PC’s

  c) Time clocks

  d) Card Access System

  e) Security Camera System

  f) Meal Order and Accounting System

  g) Shared laptops and projectors

Shift: Full-Time, Day Shift - on call rotation every 5 weeks

Education/Training: 2-year college or trade school related to information technology

Experience: 3 or more years of field experience with work-station hardware and software including hardware troubleshooting and repair

ADA: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and push/pull 150 lbs. on wheels
