Dialysis Care Center is Hiring an Accounts Payable Supervisor Near Homer, IL
PURPOSE ANDSCOPE:
PRIMARY DUTIES / ACTIVITIES:
- Supervise accounts payable team, direct the processing of invoices and payments
- Monitor and delegate Bill Pay e-mails
- Responsible for preparing weekly AP Reports, and monthly reports: rent, timeshare, equipment, auto lease and monthly recurring reports
- Prepare monthly expense reports in Certify
- Prepare weekly AP batches
- Monthly reconciliation of all auto-paid invoices
- Ensure accurate & proper interface of approved invoices on GP GL accounts
- Work with Purchasing department to upload extracted file from Envy to GP
- Ensure the integrity of all procedures and adherence to company guidelines
- Troubleshoot, reconcile AP issues and work as a liaison to vendors
- Responsible for resolving discrepancies of Daily and Monthly AP Exceptions
- Provide on-demand analysis of payment data as requested
- Assist with month/year end close procedures
- Assist with processing 1099s
- Perform other related duties as assigned per manager
CUSTOMERSERVICE:
- Responsible for supporting the values and customer service standards of HDS/DCC.
- Accountable for outstanding customer service to all staff, clients and vendors
- Develops and maintains effective relationships through effective and timely communication.
- Initiates action to respond, resolve and follow up regarding customer service issues with all customers in a timely manner.
EDUCATION/ QUALIFICATIONS:
BS degree in Finance, Accounting or related is required.3-5 years Accounts Payable experience is required.
EXPERIENCE:
- Must be PC proficient and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting; experience in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word and Excel a must
- Good presentation & communication skills
- Must be productive & resourceful with the ability to meet deadlines
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a self-starter who can work independently yet function in a highly collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong data entry, organizational and interpersonal skills
- High integrity, team player with patient service focus and flexibility
