Diamond Baseball Holdings Diamond Baseball Holdings (DBH) was formed in 2021 to support, promote, and enhance Minor League Baseball through professional management, best practices, innovation and investment. DBH is seeking an enthusiastic Coordinator, Stadium & Field Operations with a strong desire to break into the Sports & Entertainment industry. This individual will provide administrative support to the Stadium & Field Operations teams and will be responsible for assisting with a wide variety of projects to enable the strategic initiatives of DBH. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, professional, and capable of pro-actively managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. This individual will also have the latitude to initiate and drive projects that will add value to the wider DBH organization. The role will report directly to the Senior Director, Stadium & Field Operations. DBH is a high-paced, results-orientated environment and is a company that will define the way the biggest events in sports and entertainment are marketed and sold to a diverse set of consumers in various markets. It is also expected that the candidate works to install better workflow processes as DBH continues to grow. Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Provide general administrative and organizational support and act as an Assistant to Stadium & Field Operations leadership team
Support in the preparation of documents and presentations for internal and external meetings
Conduct research, collect and analyze data, and synthesize results for key organizational initiatives
Coordinate data collection and maintain Stadium & Field Operations reports and trackers
Organize team meetings, including preparation of the agenda, taking minutes, and managing follow-up and related tasks
Assist with the planning and execution of organizational Stadium & Field Operations meetings, and other functions
Support the Corporate Stadium & Field Operations teams on ad-hoc strategic projects
All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
2 years of relevant experience with Sports & Entertainment industry experience preferred
Knowledge of or strong interest in Ticket Sales & Marketing
Excellent organization skills with superior attention to detail
Proficiency in the MS Office software suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Proven ability to manage several projected simultaneously, while working under pressure to meet critical deadlines
Self-starter with the ability to self-direct and motivate, while working with minimal supervision
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Impeccable judgment with ability to handle confidential information with the upmost integrity and discretion
Highly motivated and reliable team player with a demonstrated ability to interface and build relationships across multiple levels of management throughout the organization
Willingness and ability to travel domestically as needed
